Well over the holiday period the task was set to take a picture a day to make a photographic diary of the period 20th December to 20th January. Well although I did take a photo each day they are honestly not my best work. I will be glad to get back to a weekly topic (and this weeks topic has already been set) thereby having time to contemplate and plan my shots. I am however continuing my photo a day for my own benefit with the hope to improve my photography skills. So my apologies for the poor quality of my shots and the lack of 'wow' factor (it didn't help that my favoured all round lens was damaged in a fall and I have mainly been working with a 50mm).
So from top to bottom left to right is 33 days of my life. From work to Christmas to lazy cats to Lachie's birthday to New Year's Eve to heatwave to much needed rain to our damaged deck from the heat to lush strawberries (my favourite of the lot) to Ballarat streets and airport to antibiotics to decadent chocolate and wine to the gym to my funny son to sunrise (ok I know overexposed) to finding a Moleskine right in Ballarat to new gym gear. I was going to make them all into a montage but we have another heatwave (well thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it).
Well off to take my photo of the day to mark 22 on the list.....only 343 to go!

You obviously found this one difficult too. Think the stormy sky would make a good stock photo. Liked the rainbow and was glad to see water back in the lake. Nick and Lachie obviously on the beer!!!!!!
