Weddings

Well ok not really weddings but with the topic "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue" weddings have stuck in my mind all week. The other thing stuck in my head under the "something new" topic was babies. Maybe my children getting older is subconciously trying to tell me that fairly soon on the horizon not only will I be attending three weddings I will also have to answer to "Grandma". I suppose the good thing about that is I will need to go to Paris to shop for a dress suitable for mother of the bride/groom (and lets not forget Nick still owes me dinner in Paris due to a lost bet.........and no honey a sandwich at the airport does not count!)

Luckily it was Queens Birthday long weekend here and the sun shone this morning allowing me to go outside for one shot. I do admit to a very lazy Sunday of reading book 1 of A Discovery of Witches and now a good 150 pages into book 2. Vampires, Daemons and Witches and now time travel back to Tudor England..........this is a combination of Cross Stitch and Twilight what more could I wish for in a book.

I know I could have used the blue sky in one and had a two in one shot but then I would not have had an excuse to buy smarties.
