Well I thought this weeks topic would be easy, especially since I had a day off on Tuesday. So I decided that home made soup would be just the thing in this wintery weather. 7 am sees me in the grocery buying all the ingredients. 10 am sees me chopping up vegetables. 10.30 am sees me sitting on the kitchen floor with a tea towel wrapped around my bleeding finger. However I did soldier on throughout the day and the soup was finally made for tea that night. It was quite enjoyable and saved me from making lunches for the rest of the week.
I was thinking I would get another shot on Saturday night but our original plans for the weekend were upheld and although I could have taken photos of our friend's cooking us a delicious Asian curry I was too distracted waiting for a battery to charge.
