Well unfortunately in Ballarat we do not have any Abbeys and although I have some photographs from our trip to France last year I was determined not to use them. I had all the shots in my head on what I wanted to achieve as it is what I wanted to do with the photos from the church in Villardebelle however those shots were not quite right (probably due to the focus problem of that camera) so will be taking them again in August.
I enjoyed having the camera on manual and making sure I had a fast enough shutter speed to hand hold (am having a big learning curve with this camera - going up 30 mega pixels and full frame is a challenge) and coming back to play with layers (sorry Mick!) I have enjoyed this month very much.
I was going to do a collage of all the places we worship in Nick - JB HiFi; Marie - Swarovski; Mick - Yodabashi; Dave - Emirates Stadium; Mo - Ancestory.com etc however I could not decide between Lorna Jane and Fernwood for myself so I put that idea aside :).
I hope you enjoy them I know I am looking forward to doing more of these layer things with next months topic of 'We Demand a Shwubbery'.
