We Demand A Shwrubbery

Was I glad to get this months topic until Nick decided that only one out of the four photos was allowed to be a macro/still life shot. Luckily for me a mid month trip to Singapore opened up a whole new world of nature.

What I was not aware of was how little time I would have to myself over there. As it was a business trip I did not expect to have much time to myself however being kept busy meeting different departments and people during the day left me the evenings to catch up on work from home. Needless to say I decided some more time was needed in future to explore (especially the shops) and perhaps a couple of nights at Marina Bay Sands Hotel to take advantage of that swimming pool.

I found these gardens absolutely fascinating and am looking forward to seeing them grow. I can picture in my head how they will look so I will be interested to see if they end up the way I imagine them. I only made it into the Supertree part of Gardens by the Bay I would have loved to explore more of these gardens and indeed more of Singapore itself.
